Description: About the Role

We’re seeking an Experienced Spray Painter to join our morning shift team. This is a key position within our production line and plays a vital role in the final quality of our products. You will work alongside our Paint Department and Quality Control teams to ensure each item meets the high standards Timberline is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

- Morning shift hours:



5:00am - 12:30pm Monday to Friday
- Preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and applying coatings to Timberline cabinetry and components
- Maintaining consistent finish quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Working collaboratively with the Paint Department and Quality Control to ensure seamless workflow and minimal production delays
- Upholding cleanliness, safety, and organisation within the paint area
- Following production schedules to meet daily and weekly targets
- Reporting issues or defects promptly to help maintain high quality standards

This role suits someone who enjoys working early, has a solid work ethic, and takes pride in their craft.

Skills and Experiences: About You

- Spray painting experience is essential (industrial, automotive, cabinetry, or similar)
- Qualification in spray painting or surface coating is desired but not essential
- Strong eye for detail and passion for quality finishes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with tight timelines
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively with a positive attitude
- Safety-conscious and able to follow procedures
