Overview

Southern Cross Care WA is a not-for-profit provider delivering person-centred care in Broome, WA. We are looking for a Carer to assist residents with daily activities and support independence.

Responsibilities

- Follow care plans and assist with personal care such as showering, dressing and toileting.
- Support residents with activities of daily living and maintain a safe environment.
- Work under the guidance of Shift Managers (Nursing & Facility).

- Build strong relationships with residents and their families.
- Demonstrate compassion and exercise patience.

Qualifications

- A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Care.
- Initiative and the ability to effectively prioritise and multitask.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken & written).
- Attention to detail to guide you to success in this role.
