We’re partnering with a highly regarded boutique real estate agency to recruit an exceptional Senior Residential Property Manager—someone who brings professionalism, leadership, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Take ownership of a premium residential portfolio, delivering a level of service that exceeds expectations.
- Provide hands‑on leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a motivated property management team.
- Act as a trusted sounding board and support system, fostering a collaborative, solutions-focused culture.
- Ensure absolute attention to compliance, legislation, and best-practice procedures, maintaining the highest operational standards.
- Represent the brand with integrity, warmth, and a client‑first mindset.
- Longstanding portfolio.
- Outsourced PCR's.

CRITERIA

- You’re an experienced Residential Property Manager with strong communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills.
- 2–3 years experience in residential property management.
- You naturally go above and beyond—both for clients and teammates.
- You thrive in boutique, service‑driven environments where quality comes before volume.
- You hold a current property registration and have a grasp of legislation.
