About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Production Manager with extensive knowledge and experience in the signage industry. The role involves overseeing client management, workflow, operational responsibilities, and project scheduling.
Skills & Experience Required
- Manage projects from estimating, design, production, and installation through to completion
- Conduct site visits to identify and quantify the most effective labour, material, and access requirements
- Strong administrative and computer literacy skills
- Highly motivated, organised, and driven
- Strong problem‑solving abilities
- Excellent personal skills for staff management
- Outstanding communication and relationship‑management skills
- Ability to read drawings and job specifications/instructions
- Willingness to work in a busy and challenging team environment
- Experience in the signage industry is essential
- Experience estimating large‑ and small‑scale signage projects is a bonus but not essential
