Customer Advisor – Wangaratta
Permanent part‑time position based in our Wangaratta Branch. Work 5 days per week: Monday‑Thursday 9:00 am – 4:30 pm and Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm . This role enables you to make a real difference by supporting local customers and businesses to achieve their financial goals.
In this role you will
- Be the first point of contact for customers and deliver a tailored experience at every step.
- Assist customers in identifying suitable products and services, including account opening, lending, and banking transactions.
- Ensure all details are accurate and up to date for a seamless customer journey.
- Promote our Smarter Banking options (self‑service and digital) to simplify banking.
- Undertake ongoing training and development to enhance your career.
