Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and leading all Food & Beverage operations at Pullman Sydney Penrith, including Marcel Bar and Restaurant, Tori Bar & Café, and Room Service.
- Lead and inspire an authentically guest‑centric, professional and innovative team where service is a passion rather than a job.
- Develop and implement innovative Food & Beverage concepts and strategies that align with market trends and guest preferences.
- Regularly review, improve, and maintain all processes and systems to drive continuous improvement, efficiency, service, engagement, and value within the food and beverage operation.
- Create and manage complex budgets, reporting and labour with a strong focus on growing revenue and optimising financial performance.
- Work collaboratively with the General Manager and an Executive team encompassing Operations, Finance, Commercial and HR to achieve business excellence.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Five‑Star experience is advantageous.
- Beverage Menu Engineering, Financial Acumen, Supplier Networks, and Team Development are strong focuses of this role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and First Aid Certificate.
