The Role:
A combined role overseeing sales and warehouse operations whilst ensuring leadership tasks are completed within designated timeframes.
Combine your practical and soft skills to develop and maintain relationships within the Heavy lifting industry.
You will be required to apply a hands‑on approach to answering phone calls, emails, identifying spare parts for Franna & Terex products and ensuring customers are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
Drive local sales and promotions, utilising resources, reporting and communications for improvement.
Oversee cycle counting, correct picking and packing of parts for service jobs and customer orders.
Arrange forklift inspections and maintain the standards of safety and quality in the parts warehouse.
Ideal Candidate:
- Warehousing and/or leadership qualification would be preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude either Franna or any automotive industry.
- Extensive previous leadership experience in both Parts sales and Warehouse operations.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, both internally and externally.
- Solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly motived self‑starter.
