A leading boutique firm is seeking a senior corporate and commercial lawyer to join its dynamic team. This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced and respected partners on a diverse range of high-quality matters.
The Role
You’ll be exposed to a wide variety of corporate and commercial work including:
- Public and private M&A; transactions
- Equity capital markets (ECM) deals
- Corporate and commercial advisory work
- Commercial contracts and strategic business advice
- Work across sectors including mining, industrials, and tech
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years post-admission experience in corporate and/or commercial law
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills across transactional and advisory work
- Commercial acumen and confidence working directly with clients
- Interest or experience in a variety of sectors (mining, industrial, tech)
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and mentor junior lawyers
