The Role
The Coordinator Facilities Management is responsible for theeffective coordination and delivery of facilities services acrossCouncil assets, with a strong focus on contract management, teamleadership, and operational service delivery. This role ensuresfacilities are maintained to a high standard through proactiveoversight of service contracts, supervision of a small facilitiesteam, and the effective operation of the facilities help desk.
About you
We are seeking a motivated andcollaborative team member with strong communication skills andexperience in facilities management, ideally gained in a busy orhigh volume environment. Youwill have a practical approach toproblem-solving, take initiative, and follow through on actions toachieve quality outcomes. The ability to work effectively bothindependently and as part of a team is essential. A soundunderstanding of facilities management and operations will behighly regarded.
