Overview
Senior Educator role at Goodstart. You’ll take charge of your own room, leading a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You’ll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

- Lead your own room and supervise a team of Educators;
- Collaborate with Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and improve teaching practices;
- Ensure learning experiences are safe, inclusive, and responsive to all children's needs.

You’ll need
Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards Current NSW Working with Children Check
