The Opportunity
An outstanding opportunity has arisen with one of Australia's leading corporate law firms. As a senior member of their corporate/commercial team you will have high levels of responsibility, being a client lead and mentoring more junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to build your profile and accelerate your career path.
The Firm & The Work
Our client is a top 20 law firm and their client base is impressive. From institutional clients to high net worth families.
A flavour of the work will include:
- private M&A;
- sale of businesses and shares
- corporate advisory e.g advising on director's duties
- commercial contracts e.g franchise agreements, supply agreements, license agreements
- corporate governance
About You
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- at least 4 years pae in the area of corporate/commercial law
- strong drafting and technical skills
- first class communication and client skills
- drive,
enthusiasm and a commercial approach (not just be a black letter lawyer)
