Key Duties

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cashflow and financial planning for the Work division.
- Deliver commercial modelling, pricing analysis and business cases to influence strategic decisions.
- Support tenders, scenario modelling and commercial evaluations to enhance profitability.
- Monitor financial KPIs, trends and variances, providing insights and recommendations.
- Assist with contract reviews, commercial negotiations and category analysis.
- Lead month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Partner with business leaders to build commercial capability and strengthen financial leadership.
- Support audits, governance requirements and maintain robust financial documentation.

Qualifications

- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field, with CPA or CA.
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial finance or business partnering experience in a large organisation.
- Experience in manufacturing or multi‑site environments, including costing, inventory and BOM, highly regarded but not essential.




- Advanced financial modelling, business case development and analytical capability.
- Solid communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency in MS Suite and financial systems (ideally Dynamics 365).
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage shifting priorities.

Additional Requirements

- Fit2Work National Criminal History Check.
- Hold or be willing to obtain a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
