About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Community Based Physiotherapists to join our growing Allied Health Community and Home Support Team in aged care, covering the Perth North Metro Region.

In this role you’ll be responsible for working with consumers to assess, plan and implement physiotherapy and rehabilitation programs aimed at meeting consumer needs and goals. This includes a varying caseload of consumers within the geriatric, neurological and cardio-respiratory fields, over Support at Home Programs, in both in-home and group-based settings.

About you

You’ll share our values and be looking for a role that is meaningful and allows you to make a difference in others’ lives. You’ll be versatile, collaborative and take pride in your work. In addition, you’ll:

- Have a tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
- Registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
- Prior experience working as a Physiotherapist
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Act (1997)
- Experience managing clients in the community with home-based therapy and exercise programs
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to problem solve and resolve conflict
- Demonstrated ability to coach and support staff
- The ability to work well autonomously and in a team environment




- Current Driver’s Licence
- COVID and Influenza vaccinations are preferred but not required
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
