Lawyer / Associate Corporate (Energy, Resources & Infrastructure)
Location: Brisbane or Perth
Experience: 3‑4+ years PAE
An opportunity has arisen for a talented Lawyer or Associate to join a leading national firm’s Corporate (ENRI) practice. This position offers the chance to work on high‑value, complex transactions across the energy, resources, renewables, and infrastructure sectors , alongside a highly regarded national team.
You’ll be involved in a broad mix of work, including:
- Drafting and negotiating commercial and project agreements (procurement, construction and corporate contracts).
- Advising on regulatory, corporate and governance matters within the energy and resources space.
- Supporting major transactions and procurement processes across multiple jurisdictions.
This role would suit a lawyer who thrives on collaboration, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking , and who is eager to grow their practice within a supportive and high‑performing team.
