Senior Accountant
Acclime is looking for a Senior Accountant to join our thriving tax and business advisory team in Sydney.

What will you be doing?
- Take charge of delivering excellence in year-end accounting and tax lodgement for a dynamic portfolio of clients. As a key player of the team, you’ll also guide and mentor junior staff – fostering growth, collaboration, and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Preparation of statutory accounts, including all associated working papers and supporting documentation.
- Preparation of income tax returns, fringe benefits tax returns.
- Preparation of Business Activity Statements and Instalment Activity Statements.
- Managing reporting obligations.
- Management accounting.
- Assisting with management of the tax lodgement program.
- Supervise and support junior staff,
fostering a collaborative and high‑performing environment; and
- Review completed work with a sharp eye for detail.
What are we looking for?
- A minimum of 4 years’ professional experience in tax and business advisory services.
- A bachelor’s degree in commerce/accounting.
- Completed/soon to be completed CPA / CA ANZ.
- Ability to manage strong client relationships.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
