Job Description
Your Opportunity:
- Provide tax and accounting advice and solutions to a diverse portfolio which includes small to medium sized entities, family and privately owned businesses, trusts and partnerships, foreign subsidiaries and small listed entities.
- Further develop your technical expertise working across services including tax and accounting compliance and business/tax advisory work for middle market clients.
- Play a key role across the full scope of client engagements including regular client contact and attending client presentations and meetings with senior leaders.
- Develop into a mentor to assist other less experienced team members and encourage their continued professional development.
Your Experience
To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include:
- 2 to 5 years of post‑graduate advisory experience in an accounting firm specialising in Australian tax and accounting services.
- Bachelor of Business (Accounting) or equivalent from an Australian institution.
- Experience in preparation of financial statements, BAS and income tax returns for all entity types.
- Knowledge of all structures and corporate groups, with the ability to manage compliance with Division 7A and trust distribution.
- General business advisory is useful but not a substitute for the above mentioned core experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- An ability to establish and develop effective professional relationships.

Qualifications
We will consider those who are either mid‑way through or have completed the CA / CPA program.
