Windscreen Fitter & Branch Support Role

About The Role
This is a hybrid position combining hands‑on windscreen fitting with branch management support.
Windscreen Fitting Duties
- Carry out windscreen replacements and chip repairs to manufacturer standards.
- Remove and refit glass for a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks and specialty vehicles.
- Use industry tools and adhesives to ensure safe, high‑quality installations.
- Diagnose issues and provide expert advice to customers.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment.
Branch Management Duties
- Support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations, staff scheduling and customer service.
- Drive team performance and maintain compliance with safety standards.
- Assist with inventory control and workflow planning.
About You
You are a skilled technician with a strong eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You thrive in a hands‑on role while supporting team performance and branch operations.
Key Selection Criteria
- Proven experience in windscreen fitting and automotive glass repair.
- Strong technical knowledge of tools, adhesives and safety standards.
- Ability to lead and support team members in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent problem‑solving and customer service skills.
- Current driver’s licence and commitment to workplace safety.
