Management Accountant

The Role
In this position your focus will be on helping project leaders plan, track and manage their funding effectively.
- Guiding teams through budget planning, future forecasting and financial performance discussions.
- Translating project activity into clear financial insights that support timely and confident decision making.
- Monitoring expenditure and identifying risks or variances before they become issues.
- Ensuring funding is used appropriately and that projects meet relevant financial and regulatory expectations.
- Building strong, trust‑based relationships across your portfolio to ensure Finance is seen as a reliable and proactive partner.
- Contributing to business cases and supporting analysis for recent initiatives and project proposals.

About You
- A degree in accounting, commerce, business or similar
- CA/CPA membership or progress toward qualification
- Strong skills in financial analysis, management reporting and budget oversight
- Experience supporting projects or multi‑stakeholder environments
- A collaborative approach and confidence engaging with non‑financial leaders
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
