Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Queensland‑admitted solicitor with a current practising certificate (or eligibility to obtain one prior to commencement) who has:
- Proven experience managing residential conveyancing matters
- Proficiency using PEXA for property transactions
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- A commitment to delivering high‑quality client service
- The ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities effectively
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee residential conveyancing matters from start to finish
- Review and provide advice on Contracts of Sale
- Guide clients through the property transaction process with professionalism and care
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and referral partners
- Contribute to the continued development and refinement of property workflows and processes
Desired Skills and Experience
- Queensland‑admitted solicitor with a current practising certificate (or eligibility to obtain one prior to commencement), ideally with or approaching unrestricted status
- Demonstrated experience in conveyancing and property law
- Proficiency in PEXA
- Strong client service focus and ability to work effectively under pressure
- Openness to using technology and process innovation to enhance efficiency
