We’re looking for a strategic and innovative Learning & Development professional to lead a small, committed team and drive impactful learning initiatives across our entire business. As a 12‑month fixed‑term (parental leave coverage) contract, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to truly add value in an exciting organisation, or a Senior Specialist ready to put their knowledge and skill into practice in a dynamic environment.

This is a unique opportunity to truly own the L&D; function —to reimagine how learning is delivered, embed a culture of growth and performance, and implement scalable, tech‑enabled solutions that make a real difference. You’ll be empowered to lead change, influence senior stakeholders, and shape the future of capability development across a global organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Design and implement enterprise‑wide learning frameworks and programs
- Lead the redesign of induction and ongoing training experiences
- Drive performance and compliance through engaging learning strategies




- Champion modern, tech‑enabled learning methodologies
- Oversee quality assurance programs and leverage AI for coaching
- Manage LMS platforms and e-learning content
- Partner with stakeholders to align learning with strategic goals
- Mentor and develop a collaborative, cutting-edge L&D; team

What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience in instructional design and learning consulting
- Strong background in compliance and capability development
- Proficiency in LMS administration and AI‑enhanced learning tools
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience leading high‑performing teams
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Relevant qualifications in HR, Business, Education or Cert IV in Training & Assessment
