Base pay: A$113,574 – A$125,720 per year

Responsibilities
- Plan and undertake testing by writing and executing functional and non-functional tests, including debugging and refactoring test code to ensure high quality and fit‑for‑purpose code and processes.
- Investigate problems, analyse options, and provide recommendations for new and existing services, initiatives, strategies, and products to improve compliance, effectiveness, and risk management.
- Translate complex analysis into meaningful insights and recommendations that effectively influence a diverse range of stakeholders with varying expectations.
- Provide direction and guidance to the team to resolve identified defects and improve system development quality.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate the implications of proposed changes and document business rules, functions, and requirements.
- Support the delivery of complex programs and initiatives to realise efficiencies and benefits in a fast‑paced, agile, high‑volume environment.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to gain specialist and business knowledge and facilitate scoping and setting of business priorities.
Qualifications
- Experience in digital projects as a test analyst or in a quality assurance role.
- Problem‑solving ability to think through ambiguity and lead others to achieve business outcomes.
- Experience in a regulatory and government environment.
- Experience working with complex and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Proven capability to present complex technical information to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience conducting workshops for requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
