About the role
Full‑time, permanent position available (Nursing, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Clinical Psychology)
Key responsibilities
- Join the supportive multidisciplinary team of experienced mental health clinicians
- Become a key member of the growing speciality mental health and well‑being teams
- Agile work environment and collaborative team culture
- Operate the Intensive Mobile Youth Outreach Service (IMYOS) program: coordinate resources, clinical allocation, and workforce support to a multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to the development and implementation of enhancements to the model of care
Qualifications & requirements
- Current and unencumbered registration with AHPRA for Nursing, Occupational Therapist, Clinical Psychologist or eligibility for membership with AASW for Social Work
- Minimum of 5 years community mental health experience, preferably with youth
- Demonstrated conceptual, analytical and problem‑solving skills
- High level communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellence in mental health assessment, risk and vulnerability assessment and management; ability to share knowledge within a multidisciplinary team
