The Centre
This beautiful, modern centre is a well‑established and highly respected early learning service. With generous resources and a strong focus on nurturing each child, the centre is dedicated to ensuring every child feels safe, supported, and inspired to learn. The team places children’s wellbeing at the heart of everything they do, fostering meaningful relationships with families and the wider community. Regular excursions aligned with children’s interests further enrich their learning experiences and connection to the world around them.
We’re looking for a confident and experienced leader who’s ready to take the next step in their early childhood career!
You’ll bring
- A minimum Diploma of Children’s Services
- At least 2 years’ experience in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence in building trusting relationships with families and the wider community
- A valid Working With Children Check and current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
