About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to lead cricket participation and development across the Mid-West region. As Cricket Manager, you will work closely with local clubs, schools, volunteers, and stakeholders to grow the game and deliver programs that make a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow Participation: Drive engagement in entry-level programs, junior cricket, and community competitions.
- Build Community Connections: Develop solid relationships with clubs, schools, and local partners to strengthen cricket’s presence.
- Strategic Development:
Implement initiatives that align with WA Cricket’s strategic goals and create sustainable growth.
- Talent Pathways: Support player development and provide opportunities for aspiring cricketers to progress.
About You
- Passionate about sport and community development
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to lead programs and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in sports administration or development (preferred)
