ABOUT THE ROLE
Adara Partners ( is seeking a highly motivated and experienced full-time Associate to join our growing corporate advisory team.The Associate will be provided with an unparalleled opportunity to work in a team delivering financial and strategic advice to Australia’s largest public companies and private organisations whilst making a meaningful contribution to social impact.
The successful candidate will work closely with professionals at the top of their field on client engagements across M&A;, capital management and complex strategic advisory.

About you
To excel in this position, you will need:
- 3 – 5 years of experience in investment banking, transactions advisory, valuations, or corporate M&A; law.
- Should have a degree in commerce, finance, and/or accounting.
- Sound knowledge of deal execution on M&A; transactions, capital raisings, and / or IPOs.
- Exceptional analytical and financial skills.
- High proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated exceptional communication style when engaging very senior stakeholders.
- Must maintain complete confidentiality with respect to all engagements and sensitive information.
- Experience with FactSet or similar systems is advantageous.
- Deep commitment to social impact.
