The Role

Responsibilities
- Deliver commercial insights that shape strategic decisions.
- Identify cost‑saving opportunities and optimise profitability.
- Monitor business performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner closely with operational leaders to support growth and sustainability.
While this role has no direct reports, you’ll have strong support from the broader finance team and access to resources that enable success.
About You
- Tertiary finance qualification plus CA or CPA
- Extensive experience in commercial finance within heavy industry
- Strong skills in P&L;, budgeting, forecasting, modelling; advanced Excel and ERP (SAP), Power BI desirable
- Proven business partnering and commercial analysis capability
- Excellent communication and relationship skills with strong commercial acumen
