The Role
We are seeking a Senior Social Media Marketing Manager to lead and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. This is a remote, self-directed, contract role ideal for an experienced marketer who wants flexibility while managing their own schedule.
You Will
- Develop, implement, and optimize social media campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Place ads on social media platforms, jobs boards and other media (Full training provided for those platforms and our systems)
- Collaborate with our team to create compelling content aligned with our brand voice.
- Interview potential clients as part of the lead qualification process.
- Analyze performance metrics and continuously refine campaigns to improve results.
- Stay ahead of social media trends and platform updates.
What We’re Looking For
- Resident of USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand.
- 5+ years of proven social media marketing experience.
- Strong knowledge of content strategy, paid social campaigns, and analytics.
- Excellent communication skills and creative problem-solving ability.
- Self‑motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable managing a remote workflow.
- Keen interest in the personal development or online coaching field is a plus.
