Zoom Recruitment & Training have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Officer available for an immediate start for one of our transport clients based in Hazelmere.
- Hazelmere Location
- Monday to Friday Hours with possible overtime
- 7am - 4pm shifts
To be considered for the following you need to have demonstrated the following:-
- Provide customer service to both internal and external customers
- Maintain positive relationships with managers, colleagues and external contacts to work effectively and facilitate achievement of departmental objectives and targets
- Ensure all work is undertaken in a protected efficient manner, in accordance with all statutory requirements and policies and procedures
- Assist in developing cross sector trading opportunities
Successful applicants will have:
- At least 2 years experience in transport industry is preferred
- Knowledge and experience in using SAP software is essential
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Efficient telephone technique
- Good interpersonal skills and High level of presentation
- Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge and experience
- Attention to Detail
- Flexibility to take on ad-hoc tasks
- Ability to communicate with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally
- Time management skills / able to prioritise workload
