Codarra Advanced Systems is a Defence Technology company that has worked in the area of uncrewed aerial and ground systems for over 25 years. Over that time, Codarra has undertaken numerous robotics related hardware and software developments including the Avatar UAV, UGVs and most recently the Hielamon and Dronewolf projects related to drone detection and countermeasures. We are changing the focus of our business now to focus on consulting work related to the operation and management of drone technology and are looking for people to join our team.

This is a security designated position and so applications will only be considered from people with current security clearances.





Codarra will consider applications from people who prefer either permanent employment or contracting.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand the capabilities of small drones currently used in military and civilian environments.
- Understand different methods of control of drones.
- Understand the different countermeasure available.
- Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and stakeholders including report writing and presenting findings.

Qualifications & Requirements

- A background in military operations (Codarra is committed to employing veterans).
- Experience in project management.
- Professional communications skills.
- Minimum of an engineering degree and at least 5 years of engineering experience.
- NV1 security clearance (current).
- Knowledge of RF communications and jamming.
- Up-to-date knowledge of drone and countermeasure technology.
- Mature communications skills for effective team and stakeholder engagement.
