Job Description
This role will directly support Network Operations in meeting the automation transformation objectives outlined by our key customers. The role involves a focused consulting engagement to deliver an end‑to‑end plan that spans technology deployment, operational adoption and organisational change management related to Nokia’s assurance portfolio.
The role requires close collaboration with the appointed Customer SPOC and Managed Services SPOC, with deep customer engagements. It works across people, process and technology streams to ensure assurance adoption meets expected performance levels, including AIOps accuracy. This position will influence strategic decisions, lead change execution and provide hands‑on guidance across operational teams to drive sustainable adoption of Nokia’s assurance portfolio capabilities.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Lead end‑to‑end change management planning for assurance deployment, ensuring alignment with Client’s operational transformation objectives.
- Define change objectives, success measures and transformation milestones, integrating both technology and operational adoption needs.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis across Client business and technical teams to identify engagement needs and influence adoption readiness.
- Perform impact assessments (process, people and technology) to determine the organisational adjustments required for assurance and associated automation capabilities.
- Develop and execute a communication strategy and plan to ensure clarity of expectations, timelines and roles.
- Build and maintain a training strategy, including content development, delivery planning and role‑based enablement for new ways of working.
- Support assurance configuration and continuous NTI (New Technology Introduction) activities, including alarm management planning and operational readiness.
- Coordinate operational change UAT, ensuring test cases, acceptance criteria and operational validation are clearly defined and met.
- Lead Go‑Live readiness planning for assurance‑driven use cases, ensuring seamless integration into Client’s day‑to‑day operational processes.
- Monitor operational adoption and usage, establishing continuous improvement loops and embedding recent practices into operational cadence.
- Provide E2E program oversight, aligning with stakeholders and contributing to the definition of a comprehensive RASCI for change and operational ownership.
Key Skills and Experience
Must‑Have
- 7‑10+ years of experience in IT & telecom consulting, change management or operational transformation roles.
- Proven experience driving organisational change within complex telecom or technology environments.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret operational impacts across people, processes and tools.
- Hands‑on experience defining and executing change management frameworks, including stakeholder alignment, communication, impact analysis and adoption tracking.
- Strong ability to influence decisions and engage stakeholders at multiple levels (technical, operational, leadership).
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, capable of translating complex assurance and automation concepts into operationally meaningful actions.
Nice‑To‑Have
- Experience working within network operations, particularly in automation, AIOps or assurance/Autonomous Networks.
- Background in Managed Services operations or transformation programs in telecom environments.
- Experience coordinating UAT, NTI processes or operational readiness for large technology deployments.
- Cross‑cultural experience and the ability to work across multi‑vendor, multi‑stakeholder environments.
- Certification or advanced training in change management methodologies (e.g. PROSCI, ADKAR, Agile change).
- Prior exposure to Client processes, systems or operational frameworks (advantageous but not required).
