About the Role
Business Department Managers at Kmart live and breathe the Kmart values. You will recruit, lead, develop and coach a high‑performance store team, driving store results while maintaining safety, customer focus and a fun, inclusive culture.

- Lead a team of high‑volume retail staff

- Follow policies and clear processes to maintain consistency
- Show drive, ambition and resilience while adapting to change
To Be Successful You’ll Have
- Experience leading teams in a large‑box or high‑volume retail environment
- A passion for delivering results and motivating staff
- Strong coaching and leadership skills for diverse teams
- A commitment to safety, customer focus and continuous improvement
- Excellent relationship‑building with team members, peers, customers and leaders
