The RSLQ Compensation Advocate provides advice and assistance directly to our members, their families and the wider military community in relation to a range of claims and appeals matters with the Departments of Veterans Affairs as well as responsive immediate welfare support.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and submitting compensation claims under supervision.
- Working within legislative and policy guidelines to document claims from Veterans.
- Case Coordination – managing and updating client files using record‑management systems, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
Qualifications & Skills
Your complex problem‑solving abilities and proven experience in learning, interpreting and applying complex legislation will make your application competitive. If you bring effective case management skills in a high‑volume work environment, even better.
