A rare opportunity exists to join our Senior Management Team, leading the School’s forward‑thinking and contemporary academic program, which includes the International Baccalaureate Diploma.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Curriculum Leaders and manage academic programs for Years 7-12.
- Oversee teacher performance, mentoring, and career development.
- Deliver exemplary classroom teaching as a role model.
- Manage subject selection, class allocations, and assessment schedules.
- Drive curriculum review, external exam preparation, and data analysis.
- Monitor and maintain academic policies and standards.
- Support the Principal and Senior Management Team in strategic decision‑making.
- Represent the School at events and engage with staff, students, and parents.

Skills & Attributes

- Senior academic leadership experience in secondary schools.




- Strong operational and strategic management skills.
- Excellent classroom practice and pedagogical knowledge.
- High‑level communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organised, proactive, and committed to school ethos and student development.
