To be successful you must have the following:

- 15+ years’ experience in consulting and/or the development sector
- If you are an engineer, you must hold RPEQ Civil
- Strong leadership capability with a proven record of managing and empowering teams
- Excellent business acumen with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to contribute to a strong team culture
