Business models, target clienteles- all with specifically refined systems and protocols just for them to practice dentistry using your full scope of skills to learn from the masters as we provide wide ranging services that include complex full mouth rehabilitations, full arch implants, advanced cosmetic dentistry , f/f orthodontics and clear aligners… We also have in house lab to do wide range of labwork with dedicated dental technicians and prosthetist Now, let’s talk about YOU. You have your basics mastered - you can do quadrant dentistry well and we won’t need to mentor you on general dentistry, Already having a proficiency in CEREC is a great advantage, but not essential You have a burning desire to refine and extend your scope of practice e.g. to do more full mouth dentistry, implant and orthodontics-some courses done already You have an eagerness to learn more ways to improve your business and team communication skills You understand that dentistry is the business of relationships, and depends on REAL teamwork to achieve the higher goals You already produce and perform well in your current workplace and have a desire to achieve $1m+ billings (with some of our training and support) …in other words, you are looking for a exciting long term position with a supportive team that will allow you thrive while to do your best work.
