What You’ll Be Doing
- Support participants with disability to prepare for, find, and maintain sustainable employment.
- Boost confidence by helping participants recognise strengths, overcome obstacles, and embrace current employment.
- Provide creative solutions to overcome employment challenges, ensuring participants have the necessary tools and support.
- Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments.
- Celebrate every successful placement, recognizing the achievements of participants.
- Build lasting connections with companies passionate about diversity and inclusion.
