Roma Nail Palace, located in Roma QLD 4455, is a modern and welcoming nail salon dedicated to high-quality service and an exceptional client experience. We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Receptionist to become the friendly face of our salon.
About the Role
This casual position is ideal for someone who loves beauty, enjoys customer interaction, and wants to grow in a vibrant salon environment. No experience is required — full training provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting clients and creating a warm first impression
- Managing bookings, walk-ins and phone enquiries
- Processing payments and assisting with check-in/out
- Keeping the reception area clean and organised
- Helping clients choose colours or services when needed
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with general reception duties and customer enquiries.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, confident, and well-presented
- Comfortable communicating with customers
- Able to multitask in a busy salon
- Reliable, punctual and eager to learn
- Passionate about beauty and customer service
- Available on weekends/late trade where needed
