The Meat & Wine Co Southbank is looking for friendly and reliable Wait Staff to join our team.
We have 24–38 hours per week available with part-time positions on offer.

Who We’re Looking For
- Previous a la carte restaurant experience, preferrable in a 200+pax venue
- A valid RSA
- A positive, professional attitude and eagerness to grow
- Confidence with POS systems and cash handling
- Strong wine knowledge and excellent service skills
- Flexible availability across a rotating 7-day roster (nights, weekends & public holidays)
