The Opportunity

This HR Advisor role is heavily weighted toward recruitment and workforce delivery, supporting the attraction, assessment, and mobilisation of talent for a busy, long-life mining operation. You will partner closely with hiring managers, coordinate end-to-end recruitment, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new starters. Alongside your recruitment responsibilities, you will support broader HR activities including performance, culture, and general employee support. The environment suits someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys being embedded within the operation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment across blue-collar, technical, and professional roles
- Manage advertising, screening, interviews, shortlisting, and compliance checks
- Coordinate onboarding, site inductions, and mobilisation requirements
- Maintain workforce plans,



vacancy trackers, and hiring reports
- Build strong relationships with leaders to understand workforce priorities
- Provide general HR support across performance, conduct, and employee enquiries
- Support culture, engagement, and retention initiatives

What We Are Looking For

- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR Advisory
- Strong capability in high-volume or fast-paced hiring environments
- Understanding of Australian employment legislation and HR processes
- Confident communicator who can influence and build trust with leaders
- Resilient, organised, and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
