The Role
As the Assistant Commercial Property Manager , you’ll support the management of a mixed commercial portfolio. You’ll play a key role in day‑to‑day operations, tenant liaison, lease administration, and financial reporting, while learning from some of the best in the business. Working alongside the Associate Director and a Senior Property Manager you will gain mentorship and career progression.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with lease compliance, renewals and rent reviews
- Coordinating maintenance and contractor management
- Liaising with tenants and responding to enquiries
- Preparing reports and budgets
- Managing arrears and invoicing
- Supporting the Senior Property Managers on portfolio strategy
The Criteria
We're looking for someone who brings experience, energy, and a proactive mindset.
To be successful, you will have:
- Previous experience in assistant commercial property management
- Strong knowledge of property management processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- A current WA Property Management Registration
