About you
- Proven leadership in early childhood education (Centre Director, Assistant Director, or similar).
- Strong understanding of child development and commitment to inclusive, high-quality care.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
- Passionate about equity, inclusion, and lifelong learning.

About SDN Kensington
Located on UNSW Grounds | Up to 70 Children (0–5 years)
SDN Kensington is a welcoming, community‑based centre on the UNSW campus, providing high‑quality education and care for children aged 0–5 years. Our educators build deep, trusting relationships with each child and family, supporting confident, curious learners.
The centre is also preparing for an exciting playground renovation in 2026, enhancing outdoor learning and play spaces.
