About the Role …
We are currently looking for an experienced Barista who has a bright, outgoing personality and exceptional customer service skills to join the team at our very popular Cafe.
The successful candidate must have full availability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering a high standard of service to members and guests
- Clearing tables and loading dishwasher with dirty crockery
- Preparing hot and cold beverages, including various styles of coffees, milkshakes and cold-pressed juices
- Preparing and cooking food, including sandwiches, salads, breakfast items, plating desserts, etc (basic cooking experience preferred)
- Handling all cash transactions in an effective manner, ensuring the security of cash and the privacy of member details at all times
- Maintaining a clean and tidy environment
- Working with a team who have a strong Workplace, Health and Safety focus.
About you…
- Minimum 6 months as a Barista
- Reliability and the flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work as a team
- High level of grooming and personal presentation standards
