We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Batcher to become a vital part of our dynamic team in Maryborough. If you have a passion for delivering quality concrete solutions and thrive in a rapid-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the batching process for readymix concrete, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
- Operate concrete agitators and other machinery safely and efficiently.
- Manage all incoming calls, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Coordinate material orders and deliveries, ensuring timely availability of resources.
- Conduct regular maintenance of plant operations to ensure efficient and safe functioning.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to strengthen our operations and achieve team goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in concrete batching, specifically with readymix concrete.
- Valid HR driver’s license is required.
- Competency in operating front‑end loaders and other relevant machinery.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively in a busy environment.
