The Role
- End-to-end management of a well-supported residential portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and rent reviews
- Conduct routine inspections and lease renewals
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation
- Play a key role as the property management department undergoes restructuring
About You
- A current Agents Representative Certificate
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential property management
- Solid understanding of Victorian Residential Tenancies legislation
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Positive, proactive,
and team-focused approach
- Fluent Mandarin speaking – essential for client communication
