Are you a dynamic and experienced property management professional with a passion for luxury real estate? Our client is a prestigious real estate agency, renowned for managing exclusive high-end properties in Sydney’s Inner City.
We are seeking a Property Manager to join their expert team and oversee the management of local luxury properties.

The Role:
- Manage a high end residential portfolio
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients
- Handle rent reviews, lease renewals, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance requests and repairs, ensuring properties are well-maintained to the highest standard.
- Ensure all properties comply with current legislation,
maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and industry standards.
- NCAT prep and attendance when required
The Person:
- Proven experience in property management within real estate
- Strong understanding of the Sydney real estate market and NSW legislation.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with excellent time-management abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a close-knit team.
- Real Estate Licence and reliable car and drivers licence
