As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the right-hand to a highly regarded and busy Principal. From prospecting to open homes, you'll be involved in all aspects of the sales process — and have a clear path to grow into a standalone agent role over time.
The Role
- Prospecting via cold calls, door knocking, and community outreach
- Growing and nurturing the database to build a strong pipeline
- Attending open homes, buyer appointments, and conducting follow-ups
- Assisting with listing and appraisal preparation
- Communicating and coordinating with vendors and buyers
The Person
You’re hungry, well-presented, and driven to succeed. You’re not afraid to hustle,
and you're eager to learn the ropes from one of the best in the business.
- Certificate of Registration (COR) essential
- 6+ months real estate experience preferred
- Car and valid driver’s licence
- Excellent communication and presentation
- Motivated, resilient, and personable
