Position: Senior Contracts Administrator
Location: Perth, WA
Salary: $140K - $160K + super
As a Senior Contracts Administrator with our client, a privately owned construction company in Australia, you'll focus on working various pre and post contracts for large- and small-scale projects for key clients like MRWA, Water Corp, Synergy, Local Government & State Governments. You will be part of a team of 5 reporting to the commercial manager and provide advise to operations managers and project managers on the commercial aspect of the contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting & negotiating contracts and subcontracts
- Complete variations and claims
- Provide notices and assessments on the contract
- Cost reporting
- Mentor junior team members and site administrators
What You’ll Bring:
- 4+ years’ experience in the construction industry ideally transport or water infrastructure
- Negotiated contracts of 25million and above
- Strong competence in claims and legacy contracts
- Ability to close out a contract
