**The Role**
This is a senior role designed for someone who can guide the team, elevate the look, manage projects smoothly and nurture agent relationships so our work shines every time and APS remains a trusted, preferred styling partner.
**Daily expectations**
- Conduct property consultations & walk-throughs with agents and owners to assess layout, flow and styling direction
- Select and approve furniture, artwork and décor to suit the brief and property style
- Work closely with Sales, Operations and Warehouse to ensure smooth project coordination
- Keep installs and collections running on schedule
- Lead, guide and support the styling team on-site
- Oversee and approve videos, reels and photos to maintain APS brand quality
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents — representing APS in a warm, professional, PR-style way so we stay top-of-mind as the team they want to work with because we genuinely care.

**What we're looking for**
- Proven leadership experience and confidence leading people on-site
- 3-4+ years in property styling, interior design or visual merchandising
- A sharp design eye and solid judgement when selecting and approving pieces
- Clear, professional communication with agents, owners, trades and your team
- Strong organisation, accountability and the ability to make decisions quickly
- A full driver’s licence and confidence driving across metro Melbourne (including a company mini-van)
