**We’re Hiring: Lifestyle Support Workers**
**Location**: Redlands & Surrounds (Capalaba, Victoria Point, Cleveland, Wynnum/Manly)
**Employment Type**: Casual / Part time / Permanent (Immediate Start with on-the-job training)
Do you have a caring heart and a passion for making a real difference in someone’s life? We are searching for dedicated, reliable and compassionate **Lifestyle Support Workers** to join our growing team!
As a Support Worker, you will empower NDIS participants to live independently, build confidence and achieve their goals while maintaining dignity, choice and control.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
✔ Providing daily living assistance (personal care & domestic support)
✔ Community access and social engagement
✔ Implementing behaviour support strategies
✔ Transport to appointments and activities
✔ Encouraging skill development and independence
✔ Upholding NDIS standards, rights and safeguards
**About You**:
✔ Caring, patient and person-centred
✔ Strong communication & problem-solving skills
✔ Can work both independently and within a team
✔ Energetic,
reliable and committed to high-quality support
**Requirements**:
✔ Current Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (or we can provide assistance to apply/obtain these)
✔ First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain - we are connected with an RTO)
✔ Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
✔ Full work rights in Australia
**Preferred, but not required**:
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (or willing to commence studying)

Pay: $32.88 - $43.23 per hour
