About the Role
We’re looking for an Ink Technician to join our Adelaide team!
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who values precision, creativity, and enjoys working alongside a dedicated team of craftspeople.
Join our team and enjoy the perks of a rotating 5-day schedule with 8-hour shifts, alternating between morning and afternoon. Flexibility to work night shifts when required is also essential.
- Blend and colour-match inks to perfection, ensuring top-tier quality for our printing presses.
- Operate and maintain advanced ink manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and solve challenges on the fly to keep production running smoothly.
- Collaborate with production and technical teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Drive innovation through R&D; testing and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You (criteria)
- A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communication skills and commitment to safety.
- Technical ink knowledge or experience in colour matching (desirable).
- A passion for learning and improving processes.
